Bonnie Poompan

Bonnie Poompan is an amazing woman who was there in my middle years of life. I can remember as a kid going to tupperware parties at her house and going and having slumber parties there too. Her lovely daughter Michelle was a playmate of mine and I can remember the fun times I had. Later on my family decided to get Disneyland passes, and I can remember having great outings with Bonnie and Michelle. Most of all I can remember all the fourth of July decor in the house.

Bonnie's teapot is somewhat of a symbolization of fourth of July… or at least to me. I wanted to a make a teapot that would be lit and it would glow, but still some how have a teapot. I can always remember the candles on the tables while eating during the fourth fun times, so I wanted to give that back to her, in my own special way.
